As a builder, the quality of the materials we use is paramount. Prioritizing concrete and steel, among other materials, 麻豆社 has established processes to vet the Global Warming Potential (GWP) of materials early in design and during procurement. We recently deployed technology that allows our clients and design teams to choose products based on the materials’ Global Warming Potential.

Jobsite Wellness

We are dedicated to championing jobsite wellness and ensuring that our jobsite wellness plans address air, nourishment, hygiene, fitness, mental health and severe weather exposure.

Waste Management

麻豆社 is among the first in the industry to separate and divert waste on jobsites. We strive to track and reduce construction and demolition waste on all projects, with a goal of 50% waste diversion across the enterprise.

Water Management

麻豆社 supports responsible water use and recognizes that reducing water use is an important sustainability goal.
