What are the delivery charges for orders

The cost of shipping will depend on your delivery address. After entering your delivery address at check out you will be able to view the delivery options available to you and their cost.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept payment from debit or credit cards – American Express, Discover, VISA, Mastercard, as well as payments made by PayPal, Amazon Payments, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Experiencing problems paying?

We’re sorry that your payment was unsuccessful, it can be related to the billing information provided. We would recommend to verify all billing information including name and address before placing your order again, or try an alternative payment method.

What exactly happens after ordering?

You will receive an email when your order has been processed, this will include the tracking number for your order, your courier and a trackable link. Orders are shipped with UPS, USPS, FEDEX, EMS, or other courier services. Click for UPS tracking, USPS tracking, FEDEX, or EMS.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately cancellation requests cannot be always guarantee. We aim to ship orders as fast as we can. If you would like to attempt cancelation of an order, please send us the Order Number to be cancelled and include the message: Cancel My Order. You can do this via the CONTACT US form.

If we are unable to cancel your order, your items may still be eligible for return, you can check out our returns policy here.

 

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refund will be processed within 14 days of the items being received at our warehouse. You can use your return tracking number to confirm if they have been received successfully.  

After a refund has been processed from our end, it can take up to 14 days to reflect with your issuing bank. After this period if you have still not received your refund please let us know.

 
How long will delivery take?

Orders will be subject to warehouse processing time, plus courier shipping times.

Order Processing Time:  1 –  4 Business days + Courier Shipping time 

My package says delivered, but I haven't received it

We are sorry that you haven’t received your order! We recommend to check your ‘Electronic Proof Of Delivery’ you can access this via the same link used to track your order.  You can use this information to confirm where your package was delivered and who has signed for it.
